Here's the uncomfortable question:
Who would you be if you actually took your own advice?
Because most of us don't have an information problem.
We know what to do.
We know we should move our bodies.
Save money.
Market the business.
Have the conversation.
Set the boundary.
Launch the thing.
Make the offer.
We know.
So why aren't we doing it?
Or maybe an even better question:
Why are we doing all the things and STILL not creating the result we want?
Because knowledge is only potential power.
And strategy alone isn't enough.
After thinking about the patterns behind some of the biggest accomplishments in my own life, I realized there's an equation:
VISION + STRATEGY + BELIEF = RESULTS
And belief?
I think it's about 50% of the equation.
In this episode, I walk through how this equation showed up when:
I was initially told I couldn't enter the PhD program I wanted
I shattered my kneecap and decided I would run again
I trained for a Half Ironman
We finally built the pool I'd envisioned for years
I've created success in completely different areas of my life
I help my clients believe in possibilities they can't yet see for themselves
And here's the best part:
You don't need 100% belief.
You don't have to wake up every morning screaming affirmations into your bathroom mirror while being completely certain that you're destined for greatness. 😂
You need enough belief to outweigh the doubt.
A mustard seed.
Just a tiny shift.
Because once the scale tips toward belief?
The whole game changes.

If you already know what you want...
And you probably know most of what you need to do...
