The Fundamental Impact of Fathers on Family Well-Being. In this workshop, we explored the importance of positive father engagement and its impact on children, families, and communities. We discussed the benefits of involved fatherhood, examined common barriers to engagement, and identified practical strategies for increasing awareness of the vital role fathers play. Participants learned ways to better support fathers and strengthen father-inclusive practices within their work and communities.
