In this episode Professor Huntley is joined by Professor Mary DeRosa. Professor DeRosa is a Professor from Practice and the Director of the Global Legal Scholars program at Georgetown Law. Professor DeRosa has a long and distinguished career in National Security. Prior to joining Georgetown, Professor DeRosa served as the National Security Council Legal Advisor in the Obama Administration and the Deputy Legal Advisor for the National Security Council in the Clinton Administration. She was also the Chief Counsel for National Security for the Senate Judiciary Committee. Professor DeRosa discusses her career, the classes she teaches at Georgetown, and how to navigate a career in national security law across government and private practice and between policy and legal roles.
