Join me for Part 1 of my coverage from the Isle of Man Transport Festival 2026, filmed primarily on Thursday 30th July 2026, with a few opening scenes captured on the evening of Wednesday 29th July. This first instalment features three of the Isle of Man's iconic heritage transport systems – the Douglas Bay Horse Tramway, the Manx Electric Railway, and the Snaefell Mountain Railway. Throughout the day, I capture a variety of tram movements, rides and trackside views as special festival operations get underway. The video includes plenty of action along Douglas Promenade, scenes from the Manx Electric Railway, and spectacular footage of the Snaefell Mountain Railway, showcasing some of the unique tramcars that make this annual event such a highlight for transport enthusiasts.
