Three major projects are unfolding in Neath Port Talbot‼️ Following recent announcements, three major projects that will create employment and supply chain opportunities, are continuing to make progress: 🟢 Lanzatech has secured planning permission to create a sustainable aviation fuel facility in Port Talbot which is anticipated to create over 150 full-time jobs, including 85 skilled jobs on-site. 🟢The Celtic Freeport has appointed Luciana Ciubotariu as its first permanent Chief Executive. Freeports are areas of operational and development land linked to a port. The Celtic Freeport will drive major inward investment, encourage future skills development, accelerate supply chain opportunities and contribute to national decarbonisation. 🟢The UK Government has chosen to support the Future Port Talbot project. This is a key step towards transforming the port of Port Talbot into a hub for floating offshore wind and green energy development.
