With its massive towers and walls, it is a landmark of Istanbul's history. Today, it serves as a museum and an open-air venue offering breathtaking views. 🔶 Mihrabat Grove: Situated on the ridges of Kanlıca, this historic grove offers one of the best vantage points over the Bosphorus. It features a unique view of the Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge and Rumeli Fortress, complemented by pine-scented walking paths. 🔶 Galata Tower: Built by the Genoese in the 14th century, this iconic structure is one of the most recognizable symbols of Istanbul's skyline. It is famous for its 360-degree panoramic views of the Golden Horn and the Bosphorus. According to legend, Hezarfen Ahmed Çelebi flew from this tower to Üsküdar using artificial wings. 🔶 Ortakoy: Located in the shadow of the Bosphorus Bridge, this charming neighborhood provides Istanbul's most postcard-perfect scenery. It is famous for the Great Mecidiye Mosque with its Baroque architecture, its baked potato (kumpir) stalls, and handicraft stands. 🔶 Üsküdar: As the historic gateway to the Asian side, Üsküdar is known for its elegant mosques designed by Mimar Sinan, scenic waterfront promenades, and its traditional yet vibrant neighborhood culture. Being one of the first areas settled before the conquest, it is arguably the most popular spot in Istanbul to watch the sunset over the historical peninsula. 🔶 Maiden’s Tower: Rising from a small islet off the coast of Üsküdar, this iconic tower has a history spanning over 2,500 years. It has served various purposes, including a watchtower, lighthouse, and quarantine station. It was recently restored and opened to the public as a memorial museum. 🔶 Haydarpaşa Railway Station: Built in 1908 by German architects, this magnificent structure was the starting point of the Istanbul-Baghdad railway line. With its neoclassical architecture and seafront location, it is one of the city's most evocative sites for departures and arrivals. They are the main symbols of Istanbul. 0:00 Istanbul 03:10 Sariyer 03:43 Bosphorus 04:09 Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge 04:20 Rumeli Fortress 06:45 Asiyan Lighthouse 09:00 Asiyan Metro 09:30 Asiyan Pier 11:35 Beykoz 11:40 Kanlica 11:45 Mihrabat Grove 13:54 Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge 14:33 Mihrabat Street 16:33 Beyoglu 16:34 Galata 16:46 Buyuk Hendek Street 17:00 Galata Tower 20:42 Galip Dede Street 23:35 Besiktas 23:47 Ortakoy 23:58 Ciragan Street 24:23 Ciragan Palace 27:32 Ortakoy Pier 27:49 Ortakoy Square 28:31 Buyuk Mecidiye Mosque 28:39 Bosphorus 32:30 Ortakoy Baked Potato 35:00 Ortakoy – Uskudar Ferry 35:45 Bosphorus Bridge 38:53 Uskudar Pier 39:31 Uskudar 42:00 Uskudar Pier 44:50 Uskudar Square 48:30 Semsi Ahmet Pasa Mosque 48:57 Uskudar Beach 51:23 Maiden’s Tower 54:08 Kadikoy 54:23 Kadikoy Pier 54:48 Haydarpasa Train Station 55:50 Kadikoy Pier 57:40 Islands Ferry Line 58:30 Bahariye 58:55 Osmancik Street 59:33 Serasker Street 01:00:01 Caferaga 01:00:22 Neset Omer Street 01:00:28 Kadikoy Bazaar 01:01:50 Akmar 01:02:46 Muhurdar Street 01:05:40 Osmanaga 01:06:19 Soğutlucesme Street 01:06:51 Caferaga 01:06:57 Fishermen’s Market 01:07:09 Guneslibahce Street 01:11:32 Sarraf Ali Street 01:13:57 Moda Street 01:16:04 Dr. Esat Isik Street 01:17:05 Sair Latifi Street 01:17:40 General Asim Gunduz Street 01:25:09 Bull Statue 01:25:28 Cilek Street 01:28:26 Bull Statue 01:28:44 Sogutlucesme Street 01:30:02 Halitaga Street 01:32:52 Yeldegirmeni 01:38:40 Rasimpasa 01:38:49 Misak-i Milli Street 01:40:19 Osmanaga 01:40:24 Yogurtcu Sukru Street 01:41:37 Semsitap Street 01:44:30 Sogutlucesme Street #istanbul #türkiye #asmr #nomusic #silent #walkingtour #istanbulstreets #historicalplaces #relaxing #travel #turkeytravel #cityambience #virtualtravel #streetvibes #travelın4k #exploreistanbul #istanbul4k #istanbulstreet #bosphorus
