Face Off Play Drills Face off win to the shooter on the boards. The shooter comes around the circle and shoots short side along the ice. The goaltender makes a pad save, pushes the puck into the corner, and transitions into a post lean. The coach spots a second puck into the corner. The shooter retrieves it and makes a play to a shooter on the far side for the second shot.
