This time, the experience is just a mite more cheerful than usual. The cast is energetic in trying to keep things moving. The producers have filled the screen with enough pulchritude to excite even the most hardened misanthrope. There is a comic, eye-opening and stunt-filled turn by The Charlivels. But Janet Leigh, as Tony Martin's romantic vis-à-vis; Gloria De Haven, as Bracken's singing girl friend, and Ann Miller, as the tap dancing member of the team, personify the film's major attraction. The tunes in "Two Tickets to Broadway" may not generate much whistling, but the girls will." -A.H. Heller in The New York Times (1951)
