Are Assimilate Decks Gone From Gwent? Artaud Terranova Says No!

Nilfgaard Assimilate Decks are one of the most fun Gwent decks in the game. Each game of Gwent you spam out all kinds of interesting spells and units. Assimilate has been struggling in the past few patches but Terranova definitely moves the deck in the right direction. Fercart and Mage Torturers give spying to your opponent's units. Fercart rarely bricks since you have plenty of special cards to play. If you miss assimilate, give this deck a whirl. It is surprisingly good! Warning: Mulligans are NOT EASY in this deck. I wanted the emissary for Braathans. Between having emissary in hand when you have portal or using Dead Man's Tongue to remove the emissary before playing portal, I found myself rarely summoning the emissary off portal. You still must be careful though. DMT's usually removal targets are the Emissary and one of the 4 point bronze engines. You will clear most of your deck when you play out your cards due to all the thinning. Runestone is mildly important since it ensures Roderick and Fercart both don't brick.
