A man once built a ten-thousand-square-foot winter house on a hill in the middle of Florida for more than half a million dollars. In the 1950s he sold it, furniture and all, for fifty thousand. Later, someone cut the mansion into four separate apartments. On this kind of story, the bulldozer usually finishes what the crash began. This one didn't.
