Mohd Zahid, S/o Late Mohd Akther, age 37 yrs, Occ: Bangle Business at Talabkatta, R/o Near Samad Hotel Galli, Talabkatta, Bhavani Nagar, Hyderabad, 6300616405, N/o Sarene (V), Nimchak Bathani Thana, Gaya District, Bihar State. Mohd Abdul Rahman S/o Mohd Ayub, Age: 25 yrs, Occ: Works at Furniture Shop, Bandlaguda, R/o: Plot No. 1701/1, Near Hills Function Hall, Mailardevpally, Ranga Reddy Dist., Cell: 7981748120, Aadhaar No. 3034 3424 8240 BRIEF HISTORY OF THE ACCUSED: All the accused persons are residents of Talabkatta, Hyderabad, they eke their livelihoods by working by doing Pvt. Jobs. Accused persons are addicted to bad vices like drinking alcohol, roaming on bikes. As their meager earnings were not sufficient to maintain their lavish life. The prime accused A3. Mohd Zahid who is friend of complainant was having information that, the complainant Mohd Sultan is having huge cash, which brought for purchasing of house. Accordingly, with an intention to Rob this money, A3 passed information to his known person A1. Syed Irfan @ Syed Irfan Mohiuddin. Later, A1 colluded with A2. Mudassir Alahi @ Shaik Sahil @ Sahil and Robbed the cash, cell phone and Suzuki Burgman two-wheeler of the complainant from his house. Out of the Robbed amount of Rs. 40,00,000/- A1 took an amount of Rs. 20,00,000/- as his share and gave Rs. 4,00,000/- to A4 Mohd Abdul Rahman for safe custody, A2 took an amount of Rs. 15,00,000/- as his share & A3 took an amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- as his share. Later, police personnel of PS Bhavaninagar recovered Rs. 13,66,000/- from A1, Rs. 13,00,000/- from A2 & Rs. 4,00,000/- and the remaining amount was spent by them. Total recovered amount is Rs. 34,66,000/-. MODUS OPERANDI: The accused persons used to Rob the cash, steal mobile phones & two wheeler vehicles, sell those stolen phones and two wheeler vehicles at cheaper price and use such amount for their lavish lifestyle. On 30.11.2025 at 07.15 Complainant/victim came to PS and lodged a complaint stating that two unknown persons who wore masks entered into his house on 30.11.2025 at 05.30 hours and beat him with knife and hand. They committed robbery of Rs 40,00,000/- by keeping him in fear also tied his hands with a nylon rope. Basing on complaint a case in CR.NO.182/2025 U/S 309(6), 333, 317 R/W 3(5) BNS & SEC 25 (1)(B) was registered. South zone DCP Sri. Khare Kiran Prabhakar IPS formed five teams to detect this case. With the help of CCTV Footage and UPI Payment at Petrol Bunk. Police identified the accused A2. Later A,A3 & A4 were also identified. All (04) accused persons were arrested and stolen property was recovered. Arrested persons are being produced before the Honorable court for Judicial Remand. Further on our enquiry it has come to know that, the accused A1 Syed Irfan has previously involved in following cases 1) Cr. No. 171/2025 U/s 126(2), 115(2), 52 R/w 3(5) BNS of PS Bhavani Nagar, Hyderabad. 2) Cr. No. 101/2021 U/s 160 IPC of PS Bhavani Nagar, Hyderabad. 3) Cr. No. 17/2014 U/s 324 R/w 34 IPC of PS Bhavani Nagar, Hyderabad. 4) Cr. No. 01/2017 U/s 324 R/w 34 IPC of PS Bhavani Nagar, Hyderabad. For Detection of this case under the leadership of Sri.
