Reviewing the Grounds App as an Unaffiliated/Unsponsored Athlete | What I Like and What I Don't!

I tried the Grounds App by Heidi Somers! Is it worth the hype? DISCLAIMER: I have zero affiliation with Grounds and I am not sponsored in any capacity by Grounds, Buffbunny Collection, or Heidi Somers. I did not receive any form of recognition or compensation for this breakdown. The views and opinions expressed in this review are entirely my own. I am not a health/fitness professional. Everything I share is my own experience and not advice for your own health and fitness needs. CORRECTION: I took advantage of the Black Friday Blowout sale which is $77.99/year. It is possible I misremembered Heidi's words in mentioning the use of 5-6 apps, on average, for women. It could have been more or less, but I cannot recall.
