Welcome to My Cooking Class! 👩‍🍳❤️ Today I’m making a recipe at home that I teach in my college cooking class. I love sharing simple, practical recipes that my students can learn and enjoy — and this crispy potato wedges with homemade hummus recipe is a delicious one! 🥔 Crispy Potato Wedges I keep the potato skins on and cut the potatoes into wedges. I then parboil them until half cooked. For the seasoning, I use: 1 tablespoon butter Salt, to taste 1 teaspoon cumin seeds Chaat masala Black pepper I mix the seasoning with the half-boiled potatoes and then cook them in the air fryer until golden and crispy. 🫘 Easy Homemade Hummus For the hummus, I use: 1 can chickpeas 1 garlic clove Juice of ½ lemon/lime 1 tablespoon tahini A little water A little olive oil Simply blend everything together until smooth and creamy — and your homemade hummus is ready! This is an easy, tasty recipe that’s perfect for a snack, light meal, lunchbox or sharing with family and friends. And those crispy wedges dipped into creamy hummus are so good! 😋 If you enjoy easy recipes, cooking skills and practical food ideas, please like, subscribe and join me for more recipes from my cooking classes. ❤️
