FEI Tecnai F20 S/TEM: basic operation (version 2.0)

Several months ago, myself and another faculty filmed a series of short videos regarding basic operation of our Tecnai F20 to enhance student training; I then added voice over and some interspersed images and the final product turned out nice, so I complied all of these short videos into one longer video covering basic operation of an FEI Tecnai F20 S/TEM. I realize I already have a video covering this (which was the very first video I ever posted), so this will be the new and improved version 2.0, which is a nice improvement over the original in terms of both quality and clarity. What's included in version 2.0: 1. How to load/unload specimens for three different types of holders 2. How to insert/retract single and double tilt holders into/from the TEM 3. How to navigate around, find the sample, and set eucentric height 4. Instrument alignment 5. Zone axis alignment 6. Recording images using a digital camera 7. How to properly finish up your session As a little teaser, I have another basic operation video that is in the works for a new Talos F200i S/TEM we recently acquired, so that will likely be my next post.
