memoryfield and Robyn Cage team up to cover the definitive, all-time glam rock classic by David Bowie, Moonage Daydream. Originally released in 1972 on the stellar Ziggy Stardust/Spiders from Mars album this song featured the brilliant guitar work of Mick Ronson and in this new version all care is taken to not only preserve the orgasmic feel that Ronson gave to the original recording but to lovingly and respectfully expand on it. Robyn Cage delivers a powerful and passionate vocal performance here and the unique landscape of Utah only adds to the visual mystique of this modern presentation. Cage and memoryfield inject a hyper amount of rock and roll energy into this Bowie/Ronson creation and take a song that was already out of this world even further into the reaches of outer space.
