Bring My Towers Down

“Bring My Towers Down” is a personal prayer born from my struggle to let Christ change my mind about things I thought I knew. First inspired by Romans 12:1–2 and deepened through studying 2 Corinthians 10:3–5, it speaks honestly about the difficulty of surrendering convictions I have defended, admitting where pride has shaped my understanding, and allowing His truth to challenge what I have been unwilling to question. These are the towers I am asking Him to bring down—the arguments, excuses, and certainties I have held above correction. This song is my plea for Jesus to renew my mind, teach me to love what He declares, and help me lay it all at His feet. I am still learning to yield, and this prayer is part of that surrender.
