The axe head is entirely reforged and reshaped by hand, creating a completely new profile and character. Each side of the blade receives its own powerful artwork: a majestic eagle engraved on one face and a lion on the other, both deeply etched into the steel using an electrolysis / electro-etching technique. But the transformation doesn't stop at the blade.
