"$20Mil per year CDF needs to be reimagined"

The CDF initial began with an allocation of $40Mil per constituency in 2008. Then the great recession came and economic conditions along with austerity measures forced us to cut back. Since then, the CDF has remained at $20Mil per constituency. There has never been an adjustment for inflation and differences within the constituencies have never been considered when it comes to allocation of financial resources.
