SIRES OF MOURKAIN — VORAG
The dead do not dream. They hunger.
From the ash-choked ruins of Mourkain rises a horror thought buried for centuries. Vorag Bloody-Tooth, ancient warlord of the night, has returned to the world of the living—an immense, ravenous creature driven by a single purpose: to rebuild the dominion of the dead and drown the lands of the living beneath an endless tide of blood.
His arrival is heralded by silence.
Graves split open beneath forgotten battlefields. Villages vanish beneath the moon. Ancient crypts echo once more with the rattle of rusted chains. Wherever Vorag marches, the dead claw their way from the earth and fall into his service. What begins as a gathering of scattered undead soon becomes an unstoppable host of ghouls, vampires, necromancers and corpse-eaters, united beneath the banners of the Sires of Mourkain.
But Vorag seeks more than conquest.
He seeks Mourkain reborn.
Deep beneath the ruined city lie relics of a forgotten age—secrets capable of transforming Vorag from a monstrous warlord into something far worse. To claim them, he must tear through ancient rivals, shattered kingdoms and armies that have sworn to destroy him before his dominion can spread.
Yet the living are divided.
Kings squabble over borders while the dead gather beneath their walls. Empire, dwarfs, greenskins and the servants of Chaos all pursue their own agendas, blind to the true danger awakening beneath the earth. Some will seek to destroy Vorag. Others will attempt to use his rising power for themselves.
They will all learn the same lesson.
The dead are not an army. They are a certainty.
As the campaign unfolds, Vorag will carve a path of devastation across the world, harvesting the fallen to strengthen his ranks and turning every battlefield into a future graveyard. Cities that resist will burn. Those that surrender will become tombs. Every victory feeds the horde, every corpse becomes a soldier, and every conquered fortress brings the resurrection of Mourkain one step closer.
Soon, the banners of the Sires will be seen from the mountains to the distant coasts.
And when the great bells of Mourkain finally toll once more, the world will understand what has truly returned.
Vorag does not march to conquer the world.
He marches to make the world a grave.
