☾ dark bloom & villians vs. winx - whisper

THIS LITERALLY TOOK FOREVER -- I had major OCD with this video...the text was almost the death of me xD When I first started editing, i found myself editing with a fighting story and I wanted to go back to my roots so to speak. I have to say; even though this video was a pain, it was worth it. These are the type of videos I feel that I am best at: not heavy with effects, simple, but with a story. So the story: Valtor turns bloom evil and the Winx try to fight back, but they ultimately fail. Valtor then grants Bloom with a dark version of enchantix, which then causes the other girls to try to fight back again. Just when the winx think they have a chance, Lord Darkar and the Trix arrive and assist Bloom and Valtor in beating the winx. Icy freezes Sky, defeating any chance of changing Bloom back. Eventually, Bloom and the Trix defeat the Winx. While the Villians are basking in glorious victory, Bloom realizes what she has done, hence the ending [maybe a part 2 someday??] I also decided to use one of my favorite songs of all time. I've loved it for years now :3 It was also just an easy song to edit to in my opinion xD I really liked the font I used (Didot, if you're curious) but it was a struggle to edit with this text. I legit was ready to just upload with no text because the video itself took me awhile, but i'm really glad I forced myself to put in lyrics. Scene selection wasn't an issue, it was more of a timing thing. Since this video is pretty simplistic, I wanted to make sure I matched most of beats/lyrics. It's satisfying to me ;-; But overall i am very pleased with the outcome :) I decided not to make a black dark bloom just for time's sake and I think she looks good in gray anyways 8D Characters: Bloom, Valtor/Baltor, Icy, Darcy, Stormy, Lord Darkar, Stella, Musa, Flora, Tecna, Layla/Aisha Song: Whisper [Evanescence] Cartoon: Winx Club Program: Final Cut Pro 10.2.2 Thanks for watching! :) Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for fair use for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research.
