TRIP REPORT | SAS Link [SAS Go] Embraer 195 | CPH-BLQ | SK2685

SAS Link is a new SAS subsidiary which operates selected flights across its regional network with a fleet of Embraer 195 jets. Join me as I fly with them for the first time on the route from Copenhagen to Bologna in SAS Go. Overall the flight was quite pleasant, save for some bothersome Swedish teenagers. Good on-time performance, friendly crew and a tasty grilled cheese sandwich from the BoB menu. The flight also went by rather smoothly without any turbulence, and the ticket price was very reasonable at 82€ including checked baggage (though admittedly this was an "SAS Young" fare, available for those under 26 y/o). As for SAS Link, the seats on its Embraer 195s have both USB-A and C ports and a device holder, which I think are nice features, but there's no WiFi on board. By the way, just a clarification of something I said at 11:50. In this case, I mentioned that SAS doesn't charge for seat selection at check-in, even when booking a "light" fare - as it turns out, this is a benefit reserved for Eurobonus members (which is something I am).
