Video Clips show the 420,000+ Acre Park Fire Approaching the town of Mineral California which is now under a Mandatory Evacuation Order. The Fire Started on July 24th at Chico's Upper Bidwell Park after an arsonist pushed a burning car off a mountainside, the fire has destroyed hundreds of homes in Butte and Tehama Counties. As of this morning 636 structures have been destroyed and 2,350 remain threatened by the fire. California Governor Gavin Newsom has declared a state of emergency in Butte and Tehama Counties.
