Fern Canyon without a Permit

It never ceases to amaze us how much awe we experience in Redwood National Park. We think of the big views and deep canyons as being the places that most inspire us. But every time we show up on this stretch of the Northern California coast, we are taken aback by the feeling of walking through these towering forests. On this particular trip, we had planned a seven night stretch in the area spread out across three campgrounds. We captured so much footage from just the first campsite that we decided it needed a video all of its own. So here we are exploring Redwood National and State Parks from Elk Prairie Campground, including not one but two visits to a new favorite--Fern Canyon. ****************************************************************************** We are Kelly & Michelle of Drive Hike Repeat.
