8-Year-Old Mows Yard After an Epic Rainstorm!

After a long, hot summer, we finally got some real rain, and the grass took off. So my 8-year-old grabbed the mower, the trimmer, and the blower and got after it. Mowing, edging, trimming, blowing… start to finish, he handles the whole yard. Is he perfect? Not yet. Is he getting better every time? Absolutely. Kids are capable of way more than we give them credit for when we teach them, trust them, and let them work.
