When the wildfires hit Paddy's Pond, it was visible from our own backyards. Thick smoke rolling over the trees, skies turning grey. We'd never ridden there before, but after witnessing that destruction from a distance, we had to see it up close. What we found was devastating. Burned-out forest. Silent trails. Charred earth where there used to be life. This was our first ride through Paddy's Pond… and we'll never forget it.
