Roots of the Era - The Northern Frost (Official Cinematic Video))

The cold is harsh, but iron will remain—ignite the bloodline in the arctic night. "The Northern Frost" is a high-speed (168 BPM) Nordic pagan symphonic power metal duet, in which thunderous war drums and icy string arrangements clash with the relentless gallop of a double-kick and heavy riffs. The song pays tribute to the indomitable human endurance in the face of the harsh Arctic winter, inhospitable landscape and life's trials. At the forefront is the uncompromising duel and harmony of a determined, rich baritone and a majestic operatic contralto.
