25 years, countless memories, and one unforgettable birthday in the mountains. We celebrated this special milestone in Manali, and it turned into one of our favorite trips together. The day began with a surprise hot air balloon ride. One of us thought we were just heading to a café, but the look of surprise when the balloons came into view made the moment even more special. Next, we checked into Panorama Retreat, our beautiful stay in Manali, where the mountain views made us want to slow down and soak it all in. Later, we wandered through the charming streets of Old Manali, enjoyed a relaxed lunch at Café Sabali, and spent the afternoon exploring at our own pace. As the sun set, we ended the day with a candlelight dinner—good food, beautiful views, and a celebration we’ll always remember.
