⚠️ WHAT IF SOMEONE YOU KEEP HELPING IS ACTUALLY HURTING YOUR WALK WITH GOD? The Bible teaches us to love our neighbor, show mercy, forgive, and help those in need—but Scripture also teaches us about **wisdom, discernment, boundaries, and the danger of enabling destructive behavior**. In this powerful Catholic reflection, Fr. Chris Alar explores **7 types of people you must be extremely careful about helping**. Some people genuinely need our compassion. Others may repeatedly reject correction, exploit your generosity, encourage sin, or refuse to take responsibility for their actions. 🙏 This is not a call to stop loving people. It is a call to understand the difference between **Christian charity and enabling**. Through Scripture and Catholic wisdom, this video examines why sometimes the most loving thing you can do is step back, establish a boundary, pray, and allow a person to face the consequences of their choices. You may discover that someone in your life fits one of these warnings. And you may also discover something even more important: *helping someone does not always mean rescuing them from every consequence.* 📖 In this video, we explore: • The 7 types of people Scripture warns us to approach with discernment • The difference between charity and enabling • Why Christians need spiritual discernment • When helping someone can actually make a destructive situation worse • How to recognize manipulation and repeated exploitation • Why boundaries can sometimes be necessary • What Scripture teaches about correction and responsibility • How Catholics can remain charitable without abandoning wisdom • When prayer may be more appropriate than intervention • How to protect your peace while still loving others ✝️ *BIBLICAL WISDOM TO REFLECT ON* “Do not give what is holy to dogs.” — Matthew 7:6 “Whoever walks with the wise becomes wise.” — Proverbs 13:20 “Bad company ruins good morals.” — 1 Corinthians 15:33 These passages remind us that Christian love must be accompanied by **wisdom and discernment**. ❤️ *REMEMBER:* Christianity does not teach us to hate difficult people, abandon those who suffer, or refuse mercy. Rather, we are called to love others while remaining faithful to God, protecting our spiritual lives, and refusing to participate in behavior that leads another person deeper into sin. Sometimes saying *“no”* is not a failure of charity. Sometimes it is an act of wisdom. 🙏 If this message speaks to something happening in your own family, friendships, or relationships, take a moment to pray before making any decision. Ask God for the grace to know when to help, when to correct, when to forgive, and when to step back. 💬 *COMMENT BELOW:* Which biblical warning in this video spoke to you the most? 🔔 Subscribe for more Catholic reflections, biblical warnings, spiritual guidance, and teachings designed to help you grow closer to Christ and remain faithful to the Catholic faith. ✝️ May God give you wisdom to recognize who needs your help, courage to establish healthy boundaries, and charity to love every person without compromising your relationship with Him. #Catholic #Christianity #Bible #Faith #CatholicFaith #ChristianLiving #BiblicalWisdom #SpiritualDiscernment #FrChrisAlar #Prayer 7 types of people you should not help, people you should not help, biblical warning, Bible warning, Christian advice, Catholic teaching, biblical wisdom, spiritual discernment, Christian living, Bible study, discernment, Fr Chris Alar, Catholic faith, God’s warning
