NINJA SPEEDI~Asian Inspired Whole Roasted Chicken with Roasted Vegetables and Cabbage Salad

360 is the temp on the steam and crisp function.....This whole roasted chicken turned out amazing and full of flavor. We seasoned the chicken with Garlic, Ginger, Soy sauce, Rice Vinegar and Gochujang. I Roasted some root vegetables and made a quick cabbage salad to pair it with and had a Great Sunday dinner and leftovers from the chicken to create more meals during the week. The entire dinner was done in under an hour.
