✝️ The Shadow and Fulfillment 1. Abraham’s Son vs. God’s Son Genesis 22: Abraham was asked to sacrifice Isaac, but God stopped him. John 3:16–17: God the Father did not stop His own Son — Jesus was given as the ultimate sacrifice. Lesson: Isaac was spared, but Christ was not, so that we might be saved. 2. The Veil Torn — Access to God At Jesus’ death, the veil of the Temple was torn (Matthew 27:51; Hebrews 10:19–20). This symbolized the end of separation between God and man. What once was Warning (Genesis 3:24), Wall (Leviticus 16:2), and Way (Leviticus 16:15) became an open door through Christ. 3. The Temple Layout — Shadows of Christ Outer Court: Altar of Burnt Offering → Christ’s sacrifice. Bronze Laver → cleansing through His blood. Holy Place: Golden Lampstand → Jesus, the Light of the World. Table of Showbread → Jesus, the Bread of Life. Altar of Incense → Jesus, our Intercessor. Most Holy Place: Ark of the Covenant → God’s presence fulfilled in Christ. Manna, Aaron’s rod, Tablets → Christ as provision, authority, and fulfillment of the Law. 4. The Veil’s Colors — Christ Revealed Scarlet (Red): Earthly suffering, blood of sacrifice. Blue: Heaven, divinity. Purple: Royalty — the union of heaven and earth in Jesus. Fine Linen: Purity and righteousness. Together, they declare: Jesus is the pure, divine King who unites heaven and earth through His sacrifice. The Veil’s Three W’s 1. Warning — Genesis 3:24 After the fall, cherubim with a flaming sword guarded the way to the Tree of Life. The veil reminded humanity: sin separates us from God’s presence. It was a divine warning that holiness cannot be approached casually. 2. Wall — Leviticus 16:2 God told Moses that Aaron could not enter the Most Holy Place at will. The veil stood as a wall of separation — only once a year, through blood, could the high priest enter. It symbolized the barrier between sinful man and holy God. 3. Way — Leviticus 16:15 Through the blood of the sacrifice, the high priest entered behind the veil. This foreshadowed Christ, who by His own blood opened the new and living way (Hebrews 10:19–20). 📖 Key References Genesis 22:12–13 John 3:16–17 Hebrews 10:19–20 Exodus 26:31–37 Ezekiel 1:26–27 Isaiah 1:18 Revelation 17:3–8 #ChristianFaith #BibleStudy #WalkByFaith #FaithNotSight #JesusChrist #ChristianLife #GodsWord #PrayerLife #ChristianLiving #HolySpirit #BibleVerse #ScriptureOfTheDay #WordOfGod #DailyDevotion #BibleTruth #ChristianTeaching #GospelMessage #BiblicalWisdom #ChristianYouTube #FaithContent #ChristianVideos #BibleMessage #ChristianChannel #FaithCommunity #ChristianInspiration #HopeInChrist #FaithOverFear #TrustGod #KingdomPurpose #ChristianMotivation #GodsPlan #John856 #Genesis22 #John316 #BibleVerse #WordOfGod #JesusChrist #ChristianFaith #FaithNotSight #WalkByFaith #GodsPromise #AbrahamRejoiced #GodProvidesTheLamb #AgapeLove #FathersLove #SacrificeAndSalvation #ChristFulfilled #LambOfGod #PropheticPromise #ObedientFaith #DivineProvision #ChristianYouTube #BibleTeaching #FaithContent #ChristianVideos #GospelMessage #DailyDevotion #ChristianInspiration #HopeInChrist #TrustGod #KingdomPurpose #Veil
