Mary, Queen of Scots: Facial Reconstruction from her Death Mask. The Stuart Queen Back to Life.

I'm an artist that brings history back to life by creating famous figures from the past in the modern day, as well as creating facial reconstructions and recreations. Mary, Queen of Scots continues to intrigue a modern audience. But what did she look like? Her supposed death mask may offer some clues, but is it really hers? Why does it look so different from her portraits? Let's get into Mary's life and history, and I'll reveal my image of a modern-day Mary from her death mask.
