Spotting at Philadelphia International Airport Philadelphia International Airport Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Saturday December 12, 2015 http://www.zingeraviation.com This video covers an over eight hour visit to Philadelphia International Airport, with traffic utilizing the 27s and 26 and 35. Most of the video seen here covers Runway 27L departures and Runway 27R arrivals with some activity on Runways 26 and 35 thrown in. As the Army-Navy Game was being played on this day, the goal was to catch as much game-related flying that took place - the five Apaches are seen early departing for another practice flyby, and I've included their return to PHL. They are also seen heading out to Lincoln Financial Field for the flyby. Members of the Leap Frogs and Golden Knights parachute teams exited from the Golden Knights' C-31 Troopship to descend into the Linc - you'll see the Golden Knights in this video. Finally, a total of five F/A-18C, F/A-18E, and F/A-18F Super Hornets performed a flyby at Lincoln Financial Field for the game. Those five aircraft (it was four plus one that was off to the side, possibly to take photos) then arrived to PHL as the pilots went to the game. In the midst of all the military aircraft in the video, there's three specials in the beginning of the video, one additional special towards the end, and the United Airlines 757-300 in the video brought in the Buffalo Bills to play the Philadelphia Eagles on December 13.
