AMAZON RUN — FRENCH GUIANA - Virtual Treadmill Run | 35 min | Scenic City Run #treadmill #virtualrun

I’m taking you deep into the French Amazon rainforest, near the small town of Roura in French Guiana. We start at 6:00 AM, just as the sun rises, directly from the camp where I spent the night sleeping in a hammock under a traditional open shelter. Ahead of us: 5K / 3 miles along a beautiful red dirt road surrounded by dense tropical rainforest, with nothing but the incredible sounds of nature waking up around us. We head toward the mountains and an old gold-mining area, a remote part of the jungle where illegal gold miners are still active today. No traffic, no city noise — just red dirt, rainforest and the sounds of the Amazon. 5K • 3 Miles • 6:00 AM • Roura, French Guiana Welcome to Treadmill The World. --------------------------------------------------------- No travel.
