The 37th Mow Cop Killer Mile - 8th May 2025

This is my view of my first run of the Mow Cop Killer mile. A brutal 1 mile vertical run through the village of Mow Cop on the Cheshire / Staffordshire border. I was in the 'Fun Run A' event on the night and finished in about 12 and a half minutes. Absolutely stunning views over Cheshire await you at the top.
