Mario Kart Wii Item Rain Balloon Battle (with hars CPU's)

Hey, everyone. Today I decided to make two videos: Mario Kart Wi Item Rain Balloon Battle, and Mario Kart Wii Item Rain Coin Runners. I will add the Coin Runners game play in my next video. For this video, i am showing you all what Item Rain is like for Balloon Battle. It was a lot of fun. It may seem like I am hacking, but not hacking here. The items falls the dice falls from the sky; as if it were rainning. But I love this mode that Mr.Bean35000 and Chaadderz has made for us, This mode only works with CPU's only. I would never use this mode online, because I feel it would not be fair for others. Those who have "CTGP Revoluation v1.03," and do not have thi mode, make sure you update your "CTGP Revoluation" channel, and you should be able to get this mode.
