The Feast of Trumpets - Leviticus 23:23-25, Numbers 29:1-6 – Thursday, September 10, 2026

In this teaching, we will examine the biblical foundation for the Feast of Trumpets in Leviticus 23 and Numbers 29, its unique connection to the new moon, the importance of witnesses, and the traditions of remembrance, repentance, prayer, and worship that became associated with this feast. We also will look at the prophetic significance of the trumpet throughout Scripture, including the “last trumpet” of 1 Corinthians 15, the “trumpet of God” in 1 Thessalonians 4, the “great trumpet” associated with the gathering of Israel in Isaiah 27, and the trumpet sounded at the coming of the Son of Man in Matthew 24.
