Jesus Equipped the 3–12–70–All | How to Make Disciples How did Jesus equip His disciples to become fishers of men? Jesus had a special relationship with three disciples: Peter, James, and John. He also spent much time with the twelve, trained a larger group of seventy, and prepared many others to follow Him. Jesus did not equip everyone in exactly the same way. He invested more time in a few so that they could help equip many others. As pastors and leaders, we need to follow His example. In this teaching, you will learn how to: • Identify your three closest disciples. • Equip your twelve key leaders for ministry. • Train and send out more disciples. • Equip all believers to reach the lost and become fishers of men.
