I'm old school and change every Brand New vehicle I buy between 500 and 900 miles. break in time! all your wear and tare on internal parts are going to leave imperatives the 1st 500 to 1000 miles. if you look at filter at the end of video you can see the metals on one side of the filter. imagine waiting for the 5000 mile change. pro long your New engine by a simple oil change. This stuff wipes out main bearings and cam bearings. No saw was used snips and peeling was all. Yea dont knock the 2.7 lol. Every truck I owned was a 8 cylinder. I still love my 2011 5.3, still running strong! I settled for trying out a 2.7 turbo. Has great torque!, outside the bursting high pressure fuel line at 425 miles. it's been good! Chevy need to get the shi* together and fix the valve & trans problems in their trucks!
