The American Adventure is an opening day attraction at Epcot on October 1, 1982. It is an elaborate stage production, detailing different periods of American history, with animatronics, film on giant screens and moving sets. The hosts are Benjamin Franklin and Mark Twain, who actually lived in different time periods, but come together to reflect on the accomplishments and the Spirit of America.
