"The Swan" Stars Recount their Horrifying Experience

The stories made headlines, but now we’re going deeper. Two women open up about their encounters with Daejon Love, a California man accused of posing as a wealthy NFL player and investor as part of an alleged romance and investment scam. Kristeen Washington shares the videos that first raised questions for her, while Dominique Dubose reveals how she started digging into his story and says she discovered that things weren’t adding up. Then, comedian and “Scam Goddess” host Laci Mosley joins Tamron Hall to break down the red flags people should watch for and why anyone can potentially become the target of a scam. She also discusses the shame that can surround being scammed and why trusting your instincts and doing your research can matter. Next, we’re going behind the scenes of the hit 2004 reality series “The Swan.” Former contestants, Kari Bravata and Kristy Garza, open up about the extreme transformations they underwent on the show and the lasting physical and emotional impact they say the experience had on their lives. They also reflect on beauty standards, motherhood and how their experiences shaped the way they view themselves today. Plus, two time Emmy nominated director, Erin Lee Carr, joins Tamron to discuss her Hulu documentary, “The Swan: Behind the Mirror,” why she wanted to revisit the controversial reality series more than two decades later and what the show can tell us about beauty standards today. #TamronHallShow #TamFam #ScamGoddess #TheSwan #BehindTheHeadlines *FOLLOW US:* Instagram: @tamronhallshow X: @tamronhallshow Facebook: @tamronhallshow TikTok: @tamronhallshow *JOIN OUR SHOW:* https://tamronhallshow.com/be-on-the-...
