Staring in the NW of England and using the ferry from Portsmouth to Santander we crossed through Spain via the famous N621 to Portugal. The R1200GSA and F900XR were amazing throughout and did us proud for the 2067 mile journey. The aim was to get right down the N2 Portugal, the old trade route, in 2 days then back up in 2 days with a pool day stop off for our Anniversary. We were not disappointed and the weather was floating between 34°C and 38°C. I wore a Merlin mesh jacket and Road Skin Jeans and Rach wore her leathers on the way down and back.
