BLACK DESERT ONLINE IS FULL OF CHEATERS! WHY ARE GMs IGNORING THEM?

How is it possible for a Sage to deal this much damage, use grab skills repeatedly, and spam skills without any cooldowns, yet still fail to kill even three players? Something is clearly wrong here. Black Desert Online is getting worse and worse. Cheaters are running rampant in the game, exploiting obvious hacks in PvP, Arena of Solare, and other content, while seemingly facing no meaningful consequences. What makes this even more frustrating is the complete lack of effective action from the GMs. These players continue cheating openly, yet they are not permanently banned. Instead, they seem to receive nothing more than a ridiculous temporary chat mute, which does absolutely nothing to stop them from cheating. At this point, it is hard not to question whether these reports are being taken seriously at all. Why are obvious cheaters still allowed to ruin the game for legitimate players? Why are they allowed to continue playing after repeated reports? *Pearl Abyss needs to investigate these cases properly, enforce its anti-cheat policies, and permanently ban confirmed cheaters.* Legitimate players should not have to compete against people who exploit the game while the developers look the other way. If this continues, more honest players will simply lose faith in the game and quit.
