Join us as we headed to Southport in the North West of England and ask should you visit, we check out the local attractions and walk through the town centre along Lord Street We checked into the Waterfront hotel which was the cheapest hotel in the area for what we wanted as we was heading to Blackpool the following day, the hotel was great and ideal for us as its dog friendly We headed to Adventure Coast Southport formally known as Pleasureland Southport, this park used to be owned by the Thompson family along with Frontierland in Morecambe, they still own Pleasure Beach Blackpool Huge thanks to the park for our complimentary tickets of which we got a discounted price, we only had an hour here to get on a few rides, we then had a stroll along Lord Street, had some food, went into some arcades and went to the beach https://www.hotelsone.com/southport-h... https://www.adventurecoastsouthport.c...
