Besigye on Democracy in Uganda - Straight Talk Africa

Straight Talk Africa host Shaka Ssali is joined by Major General Kahinda Otafiire Ugandan Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs and Colonel Dr. Kizza Besigye, Former Ugandan Presidential Candidate, to discuss Democracy and the Rule of Law in Uganda. In this clip Mr. Kizza Besigye shares his views on democracy in Uganda. He states, all institutions of state are controlled by individuals- in power and not citizens of the country.
