Fixing the Kohler Bearing Plate Part1 (on the Wheel Horse 704)

I took this tractor apart expecting to replace the bearing side plate, but it's an uncommon style with a bushing instead of a bearing. I don't have one like that so I'm going to try to repair it and put it back on.
