After all, everything is needed to be done to prevent those E.T.I.M. Madmen from taking over Xinjiang, even if it means getting decried in the west for doing actions to keep the safety of China intact after the bus incidents while they support Israel and their actions. So it was a surprise for Chen to see his daughter writing, for she wasn’t the type to be writing something, especially one that is now 12 pages worth of world building and storytelling. “What are you doing my little wonder?” Chen asked his daughter on what she is doing. “Well, i was inspired by this show on Bilibili that i watched the other day and decided to try and make something based from it.” She said to her father as Chen read the manuscript. It was impressive, a Chinese sailor and his family landing in the Americas and establishing and Empire that would make the great emperors of China blush, how she wrote about the fall of the eagle and the rise of the dragon in its former lands as Asia had become an uninhabitable wasteland. Yet there was something odd about this empire, and Chen could see its contradictions that it had established. “Why are teenagers in the empire using tactics done by Mao’s Red Guards on the people?” Chen asked his daughter. “Don’t you worked for the Zhonggong dad?” she asked him “Yeah i do, and it’s the most boring job on the planet, just talking about budgets and stuff and not doing the thing that Rongcheng implemented.” Chen said to her. “Well i just wanted to show how patriotic this Han Empire is doing outside of China.” She told her father. “Han Empire? My little wonder, the way your empire is described sounds more like how the Qin did things, China has never been an ethnocentric empire, and we had two dynasties build by foreigners, the Yuan and the Qing. If anything, an Empire in the Americas would incorporate their elements into imperial state making.” Chen told his daughter based on what he learned from school. “Hmm, maybe i will rework something dad. I mean, i was partly inspired by the work that you do.” She told him. “What my little wonder?” Chen asked her “Well my friends back when i studied in England told me about the work that you do, how you sent Uyghurs to camps for the glory of the Han race.” She told him. “What? no my little wonder, i just signed the bill to start investing in vocational and educational facilities to resolve the root cause of economic marginalization in the Xinjiang region and prevent separatists from influencing people.” Chen told his daughter “Really? Cause the way TFR depicts you makes you look cool for defeating Japan again.” She told him “What the flip is TFR? Total Fertility Rate?” Chen asked her. note: sorry i overslept
