What Have I Done With Myself? // F-Zero 99 [King League]

I swear, there's no way I've been this good throughout the time I've spent playing F-Zero 99. Even with all of the practice I've gotten, my performance couldn't have improved THIS much, especially since I've been playing for years. Can someone please explain to me how I did this well here?
