Lawyer Accused of ‘Pointing Gun’ at Prosecutor Gets Kicked Out

Matthew Exton was confronted about his outbursts after the state's closing arguments ended on Friday. Exton expressed his frustration with the state's arguments and asked for a judgment of acquittal. The prosecutor then accused the lawyer of using his fingers as a gun and pointing them at him. Exton was warned about further outbursts and was eventually kicked out during the state's rebuttal.
