ASMR Reiki Session | Rattle Cleansing | Clearing Our Energetic Field

Hello my beautiful friends and welcome 🌿 Today's session is a Rattle Cleansing Session. We are going to use the energies and vibrations of sound, of peppercorn shakers. Then we will use a rattle to breakdown more ingrained/unwanted energies. Then we are going to us4 some varnished nuts to charge our energetic field using the noises they make. Using sound, vibrations and healing energies to aid us in relaxation and release. Allowing us to cleanse and clear our energetic body in alignment with our own individual wants and needs. Aiding us in replenishing our energetic body, ready to step forward refreshed in the present moment and the next. Peppercorn Shakers: Use them to break up any unwanted energies allowing them to disperse into the universe around us to be transmuted into new energy forms. Hand movements: Plucking, brushing and combing away any unwanted/unaligned energies from our energetic body. Rattle: Dispersing any unwanted/unaligned energies from all levels of our energetic body. Allowing them to be broken down into new energies that are in alignment with our highest good. Hand movements: Brushing and combing through the energetic body bringing movement and balance to our energy flow. Grounding and moving our energies, charging our energetic body with new energies for growth. Quartz Crystal Point/Gabrielle: To draw in our Reiki Healing symbols. To activate our natural healing abilities. To bring in those universal healing energies of unconditional love. Heal and replenish. Hand movements: Channeling through universal healing energy and charging our energy field in abundance. Healing and replenishing the energetic body. Vanished Nuts: To bring in healing, rejuvenating energies to our energetic body, replacing those energies we have released with those that will nourish our being, nourish our growth, nourish our energetic body bringing us into new alignment and balance. Protection Oil: To fluff up our energetic body, creating a protective shield around us, a shield that will act as a filtration system. A filtration system that will allow in those energies that are in alignment with our energetic body, our energetic needs and keep our those that are detrimental to our being, our energetic field, our energies.
