Part 3 How to Make a Jingle Dress Step by Step for Beginners

I am not an experienced seamstress or pow wow dancer. I am just a mom who wanted to make dresses so my daughters could dance. I spent hours and hours looking up tutorials on the internet teaching myself the basics of sewing and wishing it was just all in one place so that it could be easier and less time-consuming to learn. These videos are intended for that purpose...to help those with no experience in sewing (moms or even young girls who want to make a dress) so they can join the Circle and Dance.
